On our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

-Deploying creative and engaging email marketing campaigns (daily and weekly)
-Building newsletter templates that are optimized for successful delivery and engagement
-Developing styles in rhythm with (or in defiance of) current trends and fads
-Managing mailing lists and developing segmentation strategies to increase engagement, to sustain retention, and to exceed expectations on all fronts
-Gauging performance metrics, comparatively assessing email analytics, and sending email test blasts for quality assurance, using third party and company-owned applications or using built-in software included with email service providers (ESPs)
-Curating offers based on subscriber interests (from list to list) and based on custom list segmentations
-Working closely with marketing teams, creative groups, and technology experts to meet short-term and long-term goals
-Ensuring CAN-SPAM compliance with awareness of industry standards and good marketing practices and strategies

Further requirements include:

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

Wanted: Online Media Buyer (Social Media), Full-Time (Brooklyn)

The Facebook/Social Media Buyer will be responsible for working with Facebook and other social media sites/publishers, as well as internal management, to plan and buy online media using unique and strategically appropriate media approaches. Please note this is a FULL-TIME, IN-HOUSE position!

Responsibilities include:

-Researching new advertising opportunities and establishing relationships with new publishers
-Designing and executing direct response marketing campaigns in the online display channel
-Contracting advertising campaigns with Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media publishers
-Tracking key metrics to analyze media campaign effectiveness
-Optimizing media spend, making real-time adjustments to ads, targeting, and bidding on social buying platforms
-Expanding our marketing reach by learning about new technologies and trends in the field

Skills needed:

-BA/BS preferred (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Econometrics or related field).
-2+ years of relevant online marketing/digital media planner/buyer/optimizer experience, with a with a track record of success in direct response marketing
-Experience with real-time bidding and programmatic buying
-Knowledge and experience using software to perform duties, including but not limited to Demand-Side Platforms, Ad Servers, Analytical software & tools
